[Talent Pool] Senior React Native Developer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

At Aleph Labs, we are expanding our Talent Pool for Senior React Native Developers to drive upcoming, high-impact digital initiatives. In this role, you will build, scale, and deliver high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

  • Core React Native Development: Architect, build, and optimize high-availability cross-platform apps (iOS & Android) using React Native and TypeScript.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and communicate effectively in English with both local and regional stakeholders.
  • System Integration & Quality: Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and native modules. Diagnose bugs, optimize performance to feel native, and maintain clean codebase architecture.
  • Modern Tooling & Practice: Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and transitioning web apps to React Native is a great plus.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience building cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of ReactJS, state management, REST APIs/GraphQL, and offline storage.
  • Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio/Gradle) and integration of native APIs.
  • Fluent in English with strong confidence to communicate directly with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work On-Site (WFO) in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.
