Telesales Officer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads provided by the company.
  • Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and payment methods to customers.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
  • Available to join as soon as possible.
