DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Human Resources Supervisor oversees all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. This role partners with department heads to build a high-performing workforce and foster a positive workplace culture that supports exceptional guest experiences.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Minimum 2 years in a staff or supervisory role in human resources

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Good leadership & service attitude
