Account Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts.
  • Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide relevant IT solutions based on client requirements.
  • Manage the commercial process from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor account performance, sales pipeline, and forecast.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
  • Experience in the IT / technology industry is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and developing existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fast learner, smart, ambitious, and eager to grow.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and committed to achieving results.
