Account Payable Purchase Staff

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Collect, process, and input vendor invoice exchange documents in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Review and validate the completeness of vendor and supplier payment documents.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on incomplete payment documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment supporting documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payment documentation.
  • Identify and report potential irregularities or discrepancies in payment documents.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and document management.
  • Basic understanding of journal entries and accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing financial and payment documents.
  • Good organizational skills to manage administrative tasks accurately.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Demonstrates integrity and analytical thinking when handling payment documentation.
