ADMINISTRASI MANDARIN STAFF

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Handle all forms of correspondence, inquiries, and complaints from Mandarin-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat professionally and promptly
  • Act as an extension of the sales team in communicating with Mandarin clients for order follow-up, initial negotiations, and transaction management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mandarin clients
  • Represent the company's positive image in every client interaction
  • Manage administrative documents and daily reports required for operational continuity

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Minimum S1 education in Mandarin or English
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with HSK 3 certificate (minimum level 3)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience or fresh graduate welcome
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to operate Only Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheet)
  • Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to join immediately
  • Willing to work Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) and Saturday (08:00 - 12:00) with availability for evening standby outside working hours
