DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

TIM Active Directory – Shift 24x7 :

· Melakukan kegiatan operasional seperti penambahan, perubahan, penghapusan, dan reporting dari konfigurasi pada sistem / perangkat.

· Melaksanakan kegiatan mencakup tetapi tidak terbatas pada:

  • Manajemen Active Directory Domain Services
  • Manajemen Active Directory Replication
  • Manajemen Active Directory Certificate Services
  • Manajemen Active Directory Federation Services
  • Manajemen DNS Manager Active Directory
  • Manajemen Web Services Active Directory & Web Services User
  • (Custom LDAP/API)- Support Integrasi dengan sistem lain
  • Pemeliharaan Active Directory & Surrounding Components Melakukan monitoring dan troubleshooting terhadap sistem / perangkat.

· Melaksanakan support pada sistem active directory on-premise integrasi dengan ENTRA ID melalui ENTRA Connect.

· Melakukan perbaikan secara reaktif dan proaktif pada sistem/perangkat.

· Melakukan health check pada sistem / perangkat dan menyusun call tree support selama Hari Raya Keagamaan dan Tahun Baru.

· Melakukan support pekerjaan sesuai ticketing yang ada di BRI dan akan diinformasikan oleh BRI

· Dapat mengajukan tiket kepada Microsoft sebagai Principal apabila terdapat masalah yang tidak terpecahkan oleh local partner support

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar operasional Microsoft 365, Active Directory on-premises, dan Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Memahami konsep hybrid identity dan sinkronisasi Active Directory ke Entra ID menggunakan Entra Connect.
  • Mampu melakukan operasional harian, monitoring, troubleshooting dasar, serta reporting sesuai prosedur dan ticketing system.
  • Memahami dasar Windows Server administration, termasuk patching, health check, dan event log monitoring.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk handling user complaint dan koordinasi eskalasi ke tim terkait.

Optional

Memiliki sertifikasi keahlian sesuai dengan role implementasi pada Proyek UC&CC, SQL Server, dan Active Directory onpremise seperti sertifikasi Administrator Associate atau sertifikasi lainnya yang relevan, dibuktikan dengan dokumen dalam bentuk hard copy maupun soft copy
