Admin Interior Residentials [Temporary]

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Description:

  • Melakukan pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan pencapaian Business Unit Interior Residential secara berkala.
  • Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen kontrak serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Legal dan Finance dalam proses administrasi dan persetujuan kontrak.
  • Mengelola petty cash dan memproses reimbursement sesuai kebutuhan operasional Business Unit Interior Residential.
  • Menyiapkan kebutuhan voucher, melakukan distribusi, serta menyusun rekapitulasi penggunaan voucher.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses pengiriman barang untuk kebutuhan proyek dan operasional business unit.
  • Memantau masa berlaku kontrak vendor serta mengoordinasikan proses perpanjangan kontrak dengan pihak terkait.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of management (S1) or equivalent
  • Familiar using Google spreadsheet or excel
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize work
  • Ability to detect issue & offer problem solving solution
  • Work from headquarters in West Jakarta
