RPA Developer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

An RPA Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to improve business efficiency and streamline operational processes. This position requires an individual who is passionate about automation technologies, capable of translating business requirements into scalable automation solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions based on business requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and users to gather automation requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing automation workflows.
  • Develop technical documentation and ensure solutions are delivered following best practices.
  • Support implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment maintenance.
  • Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and recommend process improvement initiatives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in implementing RPA solutions are preferred.
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Workato, or similar RPA platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Understanding of SQL, REST APIs, and system integration concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical capabilities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
