What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the company administration and client adminsitration.

• Control inventory circulation, including equipment and office supplies.

• Assist in organizing, providing, and preparing the needs of the director and the company.

• Monitor office cleanliness and the performance of the cleaning service staff

• Monitor stock levels of amenities, inventory, stationery, etc.

• Manage petty cash from the director

• understand payroll using e banking system

PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

What we're looking for

• Have at least i year experience as Personal Assistant.

• Strong background in accounting, Administration, or related field.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, have experience in consultant is plus.

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skill.

• Willing to relocate to Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
