DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application quality.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and testing findings, providing recommendations to prevent recurring issues.
  • Test applications built on Microservices architecture, ensuring seamless integration between services.
  • Validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger, including request/response verification and error handling.
  • Perform database validation using SQL queries to verify data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools, ensuring issues are clearly reported and resolved.
  • Prepare comprehensive test reports, test evidence, and testing documentation in a clear, structured, and timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC and STLC.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure testing activities meet project timelines, quality standards, and release readiness criteria.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality assurance practices, and overall product quality.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

📍 Project: Banking

📍 Employment Type: Contract (6 months and extendable)

📍 Start Date: ASAP (Candidates who are currently idle or available immediately will be prioritized.)

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer/Software Tester

✅ Strong experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and testing findings

✅ Familiar with Microservices architecture

✅ Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

✅ Experienced in testing REST APIs using Postman or Swagger

✅ Basic SQL skills for database validation and data verification

✅ Able to prepare comprehensive test reports and document defects clearly and systematically
