DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Kesadaran nasabah yang semakin tinggi akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan menjadi peluang bagi BCA untuk memperkuat bisnisnya. Untuk itu BCA membutuhkan profesional muda yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan ekonomi dan investasi untuk bergabung di Wealth Management Program dengan pendidikan yang berlangsung selama 1 tahun. Setelah lulus dari program, kamu akan langsung diangkat menjadi Karyawan Tetap yang akan ditempatkan di kantor cabang BCA.

Peserta yang sudah menyelesaikan program akan ditempatkan menjadi Wealth Specialist yang akan berperan dalam mendampingi tim pemasaran di kantor cabang untuk memberikan solusi produk investasi yang sesuai kebutuhan nasabah BCA.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • WNI berusia maksimal 24 tahun (S1) dan 26 tahun (S2)
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK minimal 3.00
  • Memiliki ketertarikan terhadap investasi atau wealth management
  • Memiliki analytical thinking dan problem solving yang baik
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
  • Mampu berbahasa asing lainnya menjadi nilai tambah
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
