Business Analyst
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Job Description:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements
Conduct data analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
Identify business problems and propose effective solutions based on data and research
Create business process flows, reports, and documentation
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization initiatives
Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance reports for management
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders
Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated to technical teams
Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to support business strategies
Maintain accurate project and business documentation
Assist in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
Job Requirement:
Has experience at least 3 years as Business Analyst (Insurance/Banking)
Preferable have experience working in Insurance and/or Banking industry
Handle project Chatbot / AI/ CRM / Customer care Salesforce
Experience in making project documentation
Familiar with SDLC
Good communication (written & verbal) in English
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
