Business Development Specialist

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding B2B partnerships, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth within the retail industry.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities in the retail sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain long-term partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Business Development (retail industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
