Cloud Engineer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. If you have excellent skills we would like to meet you. As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Job Desc :

  • Monitor GCP workloads and platforms; triage and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Handle service requests (access, deployments, config changes) with proper approvals.
  • Perform routine health checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
  • Document runbooks and contribute improvements to processes and tooling.
  • Proactively identify risks/opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and cost.

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • At least 1 year(s) of experience as Cloud Engineer
  • Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Monitoring/Logging).
  • Highly responsive with strong customer focus and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuous learner with the drive to explore and master new GCP services.
  • Initiative-taker and proactive problem solver with clear, timely communication.
  • Willing to work on a shift-based schedule (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).
