Ethics & Compliance Officer for Universitas Multimedia Nusantara

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage the prevention and handling of violence and misconduct cases within the university.
  • Coordinate case assessment, investigation, follow-up, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement preventive and awareness programs for students and employees.
  • Manage related communication, educational content, and awareness campaigns.
  • Prepare reports, maintain case records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties in case management.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
