About this Position

We are looking for a Creative Lead who will be responsible for leading creative direction and execution across digital and offline channels, translating business and marketing objectives into impactful customer-facing experiences while leading the creative team and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

  • Lead the creative direction and execution for social media content and campaigns, digital advertising campaigns, in-app promotional assets, product packaging, and offline materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, POSM, and event collateral.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into effective and engaging creative outputs that support brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Category Marketing, Campaign Operations, CRM, Product, and Production/Vendor teams to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Manage creative project timelines and workflows through JIRA, ensuring clear task ownership, progress tracking, feedback cycles, and timely delivery.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor designers while maintaining high creative standards and efficient workflows.
  • Balance brand aesthetics, creative quality, customer experience, and business objectives across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Continuously explore creative trends, consumer behavior, cultural insights, and design innovations relevant to digital and offline channels.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Creative Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative/design roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams across design, content, production, or other creative functions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing integrated creative work across digital, packaging, and print/offline collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, material specifications, and packaging development.
  • Familiarity with a performance-driven creative approach for digital and offline campaigns.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, with experience managing creative workflows, timelines, task assignments, feedback, and project progress.
  • Excellent communication, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and multiple ongoing projects.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or consumer technology is preferred.
  • Understanding of motion graphics, content production, or AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
  • Experience managing high-volume campaign assets with quick turnaround timelines is a plus.
