DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sebagai seorang Analis Kredit, kamu bertugas untuk memastikan BCA dapat menyalurkan kreditnya kepada masyarakat secara sehat. Dibutuhkan proses analisa menggunakan pendekatan atau rasio-rasio keuangan tertentu untuk menentukan kebutuhan kredit yang wajar dan dapat mengurangi potensi masalah kredit macet yang berbahaya bagi perusahaan ke depannya.

Oleh karena itu BCA mempersiapkan Credit Analyst Program selama 1 tahun, yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan profesional muda menjadi seorang analis kredit yang kompeten bagi BCA. Lulusan Program ini akan diangkat langsung menjadi karyawan tetap BCA.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, detail, serta teliti
  • Tertarik terhadap proses kerja bisnis
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2.75
  • Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Ekonomi atau Teknik menjadi nilai tambah
  • Usia maks. 24 tahun (S1) dan 26 tahun (S2)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, dan Medan
