DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • BFI Mobile (Customer New & RO): Monitor and enhance the customer journey on BFI Mobile, ranging from new applications for New customers to top-up requests for RO customers.
  • Digital Partner (GoTo, Shopee, Akulaku, Jago): Monitor partner funnels from Submission through to GoLive, identifying drop-off causes with a strong focus on the Schedule-to-Attend and Survey-to-Approve stages.
  • SLA & Branch Coordination: Ensure SLAs for follow-ups, surveys, and approvals are met in collaboration with branches, National Sales, and Credit teams, while resolving daily operational issues.
  • Insight & Experimentation: Analyze data at the region, area, and branch levels, conduct rapid process improvement testing (test & iterate), and present strategic recommendations to management.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Understand business processes for 2W/4W (Two-Wheelers / Four-Wheelers) financing for both New and Repeat Order (RO) customers.
  • Ability to extract, process, analyze, and draw actionable insights from data.
  • Critical thinker and proactive in providing feedback to optimize the customer journey, sales funnel, and overall performance.
  • Strong communication skills with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders (branches, partners, and internal teams).
  • Highly resilient and disciplined in executing every assignment.
  • Proficient in English.
