DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Develop compelling, concise, and performance-driven copy for social media and digital ad videos across platforms such as
  • Meta (Instagram,
  • Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels.
  • Write strong hooks, opening lines, CTAs, supers, captions, and end frames optimized for short-form video formats.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Performance Marketing teams to translate
  • briefs into effective storytelling.
  • Craft copy for organic social media content, including captions, reels, stories, and carousel posts.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
  • Manage copywriting projects through Jira, from crafting copy to assigning tasks and coordinating with the Design team.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Proven portfolio showcasing short-form video scripts, ad copy, and social media content.
  • Ability to write clear, witty, and persuasive copy with strong hooks and CTAs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with creative or performance teams in fast-paced production environments.
  • Experience using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to accelerate copy ideation, generate variations, and support
  • production scale.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle feedback constructively.
