DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process

• Developing and maintaining a candidate database

• Building good relationships with universities, job fairs, and professional communities

• Using modern recruitment methods, including Jobstreet and other digital platforms

• Analyzing and reporting on recruitment performance (recruitment metrics)

• Contributing ideas and initiatives for improving the recruitment process

• Understanding Indonesian labor law

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Work From Office(WFO);

• Preferred has experience in Outsourcing company

• D3/S1 graduates of all majors;

• Max. 40 years old;

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a human resource

• Have Toefl Or IELTS Certificate

• Adaptable and able to multitask

• Based in Yogyakarta
