Test Support

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Coordinate testing readiness activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of testing phases.
  • Collect, review, and validate test cases, test scenarios, test data, and other testing artifacts prior to test execution.
  • Assist in ensuring that all test cases are executed, properly documented, and supported with the required test evidence.
  • Support and follow up with testers and business users throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure timely completion of testing activities.
  • Provide testing support by coordinating with relevant stakeholders when environment issues, defects, or other testing-related challenges arise.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing, Test Support, QA Coordination, or related roles.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, particularly SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management processes.
  • Familiarity with testing activities, including Test Preparation, Test Execution Support, and Defect Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience using defect management tools such as Jira, ALM/QC, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with Developers, QA Testers, Business Users, and Project Teams.
  • Experience in banking or financial services projects is an advantage.
