IT Business Analyst Legal & Corporate Governance

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
  • Experience working in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Contract Management domains.
  • Strong experience in workshop facilitation and requirement gathering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional/system requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions with business stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and other stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to support the development or enhancement of technology solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and other relevant project documentation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue clarification when required.
  • Provide recommendations and support stakeholders throughout the solution implementation process.
