Junior Business Analyst

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Document business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze and map business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between business/users and IT/development teams.
  • Support the development, UAT, and implementation processes.
  • Ensure that the developed solutions align with business requirements and stakeholder needs.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
  • Experienced in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and business process mapping.
  • Familiar with BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at Jakarta
