Learning & Development Staff

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

PT. Farmsco Feed Indonesia is a company in the agricultural sector that produces high-quality feed solutions to support the livestock industry. The company is seeking a Learning & Development Staff to design, implement, and manage employee training programs that support skill development and organizational performance.

• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Manage and monitor the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
• Prepare training materials and learning modules using instructional design methods
• Conduct training needs analysis aligned with organizational objectives
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, or coaching programs for employees
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare learning development reports

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of Training & Development practices and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to develop training materials using instructional design methods
• Professional communication skills for training facilitation and coaching activities
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing training materials and reports
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources is preferred
