Merchant Partnerships

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Merchant Partnerships at giftee, play an important role in expanding the e-gift and digital gifting ecosystem by identifying, contacting, and acquiring new merchants from various industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, etc.). You will work with potential partners to maintain relations to offer e-gift, digital rewards, and digital voucher solutions to increase their sales, brand engagement, and customer experience.

  • Identify to acquire by analyzing potential merchants that are suitable for giftee’s e-gift services.
  • Deliver partnership proposals, contract and present the added value of giftee solutions (eGift System, reward solutions, digital vouchers, etc.).
  • Coordinate and input merchant product integration into the gifting platform or dashboard (API, e-gift catalog, campaign setup, etc.).
  • Monitoring merchant performance (e-gift sales, redemption, engagement).
  • Monitoring stock daily, conducting stock overview, requesting purchases for voucher availability or merchant deposits.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Merchant Acquisition, or Sales (preferably from the F&B, retail, start-up, fintech, loyalty program, or e-commerce industries).
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership relationships.
  • A self-motivated, target-oriented communicator skilled in voucher acquisition and management, independent problem-solving, and dynamic teamwork.
  • Experience with digital products such as e-vouchers, reward platforms, gift cards, payment, or CRM/Loyalty solutions.
  • Excellent command of English is a must and Bahasa; Japanese language is an advantage.
