Merge and Acquisition

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage corporate merger, acquisition, investment, and development activities
  • Oversee the entire preparation process up to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) execution, including ensuring the company's readiness for a successful listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
  • Formulate and manage the company's IPO roadmap in accordance with targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with regulators, underwriters, auditors, legal counsels, and related parties during the IPO process.
  • Ensure corporate readiness across financial, legal, governance, and operational aspects to fulfill public company requirements.

  • Conduct due diligence and business valuation.
  • Prepare investment proposals and strategic partnership frameworks.
  • Support IPO preparation and corporate fundraising initiatives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Education: Min GPA: 3.00/4.00

Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Graduates from reputable overseas universities are highly preferred

General Qualification:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A.
  • Proven experience in IPO preparation, capital market transactions, fundraising, or corporate restructuring is a major advantage.
  • Solid understanding of OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) rules, and public corporate governance.
  • Experienced in coordinating with auditors, legal counsels, underwriters, and regulators.
