To enhance the employability of students and alumni by proactively sourcing career opportunities, streamlining the recruitment process through effective candidate screening, and maintaining robust corporate relations to achieve the institution’s placement and monitoring targets.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Final-year undergraduate students (all majors) or Fresh Graduates. Students from Psychology, Management, or Communications are preferred.

• Strong passion for Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and People Coordination.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus) to interact professionally with corporate partners and students.

• Basic understanding of how to review CVs and match candidate profiles with specific job requirements.

• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and LinkedIn for sourcing information.
