Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and stakeholders

• Provide career coaching and guidance to employees to support their professional growth

• Develop and maintain talent mapping frameworks to identify key talents and future leaders

• Ensure smooth and professional offboarding processes

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the same field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
