DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
  • Develop project strategies and execution plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Review and approve project deliverables.
  • Ensure resource availability and project governance.
  • Drive project performance and resolve critical issues.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale or strategic projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Project Management certification (pmp, prince2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
