Senior Corporate Secretary Officer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the Head of Corporate Secretary in:

  • Organizing, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, including matters related to extraordinary transactions and legal/administrative issues.
  • Maintaining statutory books, including registers of the Board of Commissioners and Directors.
  • Maintaining the register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership.
  • Monitoring updates in relevant regulations to ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with external regulators, legal advisers, and other related stakeholders.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Corporate Secretary in a listed company.
  • Strong knowledge of capital market regulations and laws.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
