Strategic Planning & Performance Management Intern

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Shape group strategy: Support corporate strategy execution, long-term planning (RJPP), and the group’s business development roadmap.
  • Translate strategy into action: Help coordinate annual business plans and budgets (RKAP), strategic initiatives, and group-wide programs.
  • Connect strategy with performance: Support the development and standardization of KPIs, aligning targets across functions and organizational levels.
  • Track what matters: Monitor strategic execution, key milestones, and performance against targets across group entities.
  • Support subsidiary performance: Contribute to subsidiary oversight through coordination, performance analysis, and business reviews.
  • Advance business transformation: Support transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Explore strategic corporate actions: Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution of group corporate actions.
  • Inform executive decisions: Update executive dashboards and translate strategic analysis into insights and recommendations for the Board of Directors.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Penultimate or final-year undergraduate students, or recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Strong interest in corporate strategy, performance management, and business transformation.
  • Sound understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and business analysis frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; financial modeling skills are an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills, with the ability to communicate insights through clear, professional presentations and reports.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior internship experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or performance management is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site and commit to an internship of at least three months.
