Tech Recruiter
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on technology talent market trends and sourcing strategies.
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring technology roles.
- Experienced in recruiting Software Engineers, Data, Infrastructure, Product, or IT positions.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, GitHub, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about technology and talent acquisition.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or startup companies is a plus.
