DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.

• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.

• Stay updated on technology talent market trends and sourcing strategies.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring technology roles.

• Experienced in recruiting Software Engineers, Data, Infrastructure, Product, or IT positions.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, GitHub, and other recruitment platforms.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about technology and talent acquisition.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or startup companies is a plus.
