Technical Analyst (SCAN)

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Analyze unit utilization, contract lifecycle, and maintenance history to identify asset performance trends, potential risks, and unit readiness for contract expiry.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated alerts to track contract status, unit utilization, and asset inventory, ensuring timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate unit conditions and prioritize units approaching contract expiry to support asset redeployment and remarketing decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on unit allocation, potential market demand, and optimal remarketing timing.
  • Collaborate with the Remarketing team and relevant stakeholders to optimize asset utilization and maximize unit redeployment opportunities.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Possess a good understanding of heavy equipment, including unit utilization, maintenance, asset condition, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and potential risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to develop monitoring dashboards, track key indicators, and generate analytical reports.
  • Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights to support asset utilization optimization, unit redeployment, and remarketing planning.
