Warehouse Team Leader

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Memastikan proses inbound, storage, dan outbound sesuai dengan SOP
  • Memastikan stock check, stock opname dan melakukan akurasi data di Warehouse Management System (ODOO)
  • Memastikan setiap pergerakan barang tercatat dengan benar dan tepat waktu
  • Menganalisa selisih stok / kendala operasional dan melakukan tindak lanjut (melaporkan kepada Department terkait)
  • Menyusun laporan terkait stok, fulfillment, dan aktivitas harian
  • Memastikan kelancaran operasional melalui koordinasi yang efektif baik dengan Team Logistic & External Departement
  • Memastikan Pelaksanaan Stock Opname Gudang berjalan sesuai SOP
  • Memastikan Quality barang yang akan dikirim ke Customer memenuhi standar yang sudah ditentukan

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum education diploma 3 in any major

Penempatan : Semarang, Jawa Tengah

Minimum 3 years experience as warehouse/logistic leader in warehouseing or logistic industry

Experience in using SAP/WMS/TMS will be advantage
