AI Programmer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions.
  • Develop and integrate Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning, and AI APIs into business applications.
  • Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI and Azure cloud services.
  • Work with services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and backend services for AI application integration.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications, databases, and business systems.
  • Develop solutions for document processing, data extraction, classification, summarization, chatbot/virtual assistant, and other AI use cases.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and work with vector databases/search technologies.
  • Develop effective prompts and implement Prompt Engineering techniques to improve AI response quality.
  • Perform data preparation, processing, validation, and integration for AI applications.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of AI solutions.
  • Implement security, access control, data protection, and responsible AI practices within AI applications.
  • Monitor AI application performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Software Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT Infrastructure, and business users to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture/design documents, and implementation guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, Generative AI, LLM, Microsoft Azure, and related technologies.
  • Support Proof of Concept (POC), pilot projects, and production implementation of AI solutions.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in software development, AI development, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based application development.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI or other Azure AI services is highly preferred.
  • Understanding and practical experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector search technologies.
  • Understanding of REST API, Web API, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
