DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Provide psychological consultations to teachers and parents regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and overall well-being.
• Guide students through career exploration, major selection, and study plan preparation for both domestic and international higher education institutions.
• Assist students in compiling portfolios, writing personal statements/essays, and preparing supporting documents for university applications.
• Coordinate career seminars, university fairs, scholarship sharing sessions, and higher education information sessions.
• Establish initial communication and foster partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and test preparation providers (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, SAT).

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Strong skills in communication, coaching, public speaking/presentation, and networking.
• Familiar with university admission requirements and standardized tests (e.g., SNBP, SNBT, Jalur Mandiri, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of educational planning, major selection, and admission pathways for domestic and international universities.
