Fullstack Developer Healthcare HL7 FHIR

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain fullstack healthcare applications.
  • Build responsive user interfaces and backend services for healthcare systems.
  • Develop and integrate HL7 FHIR R4-based APIs to enable standardized healthcare data exchange.
  • Map and transform healthcare data into the appropriate FHIR resources.
  • Perform API testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure data quality, interoperability, security, and compliance with applicable healthcare data standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, healthcare professionals, system analysts, and other developers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and integration documentation.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability projects involving hospitals, laboratories, clinics, or national health platforms.
  • Familiarity with SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with healthcare integration engines or terminology services is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Indonesian healthcare interoperability requirements is an advantage.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Experience in developing healthcare applications, hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), or other healthcare information systems is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 for healthcare data exchange and system interoperability.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, FHIR resources, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficient in backend development using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET, or an equivalent backend framework.
  • Proficient in frontend development using React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or an equivalent JavaScript framework.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 resources, such as Patient, Practitioner, Encounter, Observation, Condition, and Medication.
  • Experience integrating healthcare applications with external systems using HL7 FHIR APIs.
  • Understanding of FHIR profiles, extensions, terminology, resource validation, and implementation guides.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application deployment.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and security in healthcare applications.
