Hospitality Standardization & Monitoring Inspector Officer
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Manage and provide documentation for hospitality procedure inspections or audits.
- Conduct service inspections or audits regarding hospitality procedures, including monitoring the implementation of products and services, inspecting areas, verifying document completeness, and assessing personnel quality.
- Collect and review inspection results concerning hospitality service standards, utilizing checklists and reports.
- Collect and review the outcomes of follow-up actions regarding hospitality inspection findings, and provide consultation or recommendations for improvement.
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
