IT Support Internship

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Provide first-level IT support for employees and assist in resolving daily IT issues.

2. Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.

3. Install and configure Windows OS, software, applications, and required drivers.

4. Troubleshoot basic network and internet connectivity issues.

5. Perform basic network maintenance, including LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and switch setup.

6. Assist with network cable installation and crimping.

7. Maintain IT equipment and ensure devices are properly functioning.

8. Record and follow up on IT incidents, requests, and maintenance activities.

9. Educate users on basic IT usage and security best practices.

10. Support IT projects and other operational needs as required.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) or related field.

Basic understanding of computer/laptop hardware and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of Windows installation and troubleshooting.

Familiar with software and driver installation.

Able to troubleshoot common printer issues.

Basic understanding of networking, including: LAN & Wi-Fi, IP Address, Router & Switch, Basic internet connectivity troubleshooting, Network cable crimping

Able to perform basic IT device maintenance.

Fast learner, responsive, and willing to learn new technologies.

Good communication skills and able to work well with users and team members
