DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Memelihara mapping surgeon berdasarkan profile, potential, usage, influence/KOL level dan development need.
  • Menyusun development plan selected KOL/key users dan progression.
  • Merancang/mengeksekusi workshop, cadlab, visitation, fellowship, lecture, education center dan program lain.
  • Mengembangkan engagement plan dengan professional organizations relevan.
  • Mengembangkan kolaborasi hospital/institution/principal/faculty/partner.
  • Membuat activation plan per priority product/market.
  • Menentukan objective, target participants, expected progression, follow-up dan conversion.
  • Mengumpulkan insight surgeon ecosystem untuk Product/Commercial.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • S1 Business/Marketing/Communication/Health Science/Pharmacy/Biomedical atau relevan.
  • 2–4+ tahun market development, medical education, KOL engagement, product marketing atau BD; healthcare/event experience nilai tambah.
  • Excelence English & international exposure
