Organization Development Intern

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Create job description based on template for new position or re-organization.

2. Assist with data collecction, analysis, and reporting in Performance Management Cycle - IPE.

3 Support other Talent & OD activities as needed.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with Performance Management.
