  • Cut and structure videos to keep viewers watching, from a strong hook to a smooth pace
  • Remove unnecessary parts and keep the story tight
  • Create clean and readable subtitles and captions
  • Balance audio, reduce noise, and select music and sound effects that fit the video
  • Follow brand guidelines and use the templates provided
  • Deliver finished edits on time based on agreed deadlines

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Proficient in at least one editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
  • Experience editing vertical 9:16 videos for social media
  • Understand hooks and pacing to hold viewer attention, cut lengthy parts, and maintain retention
  • Skilled in creating neat subtitles and captions (accurate timing, easy to read, and not covering faces)
  • Solid sound basics: audio balancing, noise reduction, and choosing music and SFX that do not distract
  • Consistent in following brand guidelines and templates
  • Own a laptop or PC powerful enough for rendering, with enough storage and a stable internet connection
  • Able to meet set deadlines
