DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sebagai seorang Merchant Business Staff, adapun tanggung jawab yang dijalankan sebagai berikut:

  • Membangun relasi yang baik dengan Kantor Cabang BCA
  • Mendorong pertumbuhan sales volume merchant
  • Meningkatkan jumlah akuisisi dan user merchant
  • Meningkatkan jumlah active merchant
  • Mendorong penetrasi ekosistem solusi cash management merchant

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Bisnis/Pemasaran/Komunikasi dengan IPK minimal 2.75
  • Mampu menganalisa data dan terbiasa dalam menggunakan Ms. Office (word, excel, dan powerpoint)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sopan
  • Memiliki wawasan dan minat di bidang bisnis
  • Mampu berbahasa asing akan menjadi nilai tambah
  • Bersedia untuk ditempatkan sebagai karyawan kontrak (untuk area Balikpapan)
