DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Full WFO East Jakarta, Pulomas

Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders

Analyze and improve business processes through As-Is and To-Be process design.

Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop implementation strategies, SOPs, and success criteria for projects.

Monitor and evaluate project performance, trials, and implementation outcomes.

Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate project communications.

Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project execution.

Prepare project reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

More than 3 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role

Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development

Strong in product planning, backlog management, user stories, and feature prioritization

Able to gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Basic SQL/data querying skills

Good English communication (written & spoken)

Experience in Car industry is a plus
