Project Manager for Data Center

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Critical Infrastructure Maintenance: Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mission-critical systems, including Chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, UPS systems, Backup Diesel Generators, and Fire Suppression Systems (e.g., FM-200/NOVEC).
  • SLA & KPI Adherence: Guarantee strict compliance with the main contractor's operational metrics, targeting zero downtime and maintaining tight controls over PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) and environmental setpoints (temperature/humidity).
  • Incident & Emergency Response: Lead 24/7 rapid-response protocols for equipment failures, power outages, or cooling anomalies to mitigate risk before it impacts the data hall.
  • Vendor & Specialist Management: Supervise original equipment manufacturer (OEM) technicians (e.g., Schneider, Vertiv, Caterpillar) during specialized testing, calibration, and third-party audits.
  • Permit to Work (PTW) & Method Statements: Draft, review, and enforce strict Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA) before allowing any physical work to take place inside white or grey spaces.
  • BMS & EPMS Monitoring: Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) to track real-time asset health, log anomalies, and generate daily operational reports.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of facility operations experience/building facility management.
  • Willing to work mobile
  • Work from Office at Kelapa Gading
