Senior UI/UX Designer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a Senior / Lead UI/UX Designer with a deep obsession for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) / and / or Email marketing. In this role, you won't just make things look good—you will design digital experiences engineered to convert.

You will take full ownership of UI/UX direction across custom web applications and high-growth e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce). Working closely with developers, strategists, and clients, you will lead projects from low-fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect, scalable design systems. If you thrive on analyzing user behavior, managing design workflows autonomously, and seeing your designs drive real revenue growth, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product design lifecycle—from user research, wireframing, and interactive prototyping to final visual design and developer handoff.
  • Analyze user journeys, heatmaps, and performance data to design high-converting landing pages, seamless checkout funnels, and optimized UX flows.
  • Create scalable, component-based design systems and UI kits in Figma to ensure consistency across web apps and e-commerce platforms.
  • Organize design backlogs, set realistic execution timelines, and keep projects moving efficiently using our project management tools.
  • Communicate design rationale, CRO strategies, and user testing insights clearly to clients, developers, and internal team members in English.
  • Work on performance-driven visual initiatives, occasionally translating core brand aesthetics into high-impact marketing touchpoints.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end UI/UX design, leading web applications, e-commerce, or other complex digital products

Mastery of Figma: Advanced proficiency in building scalable design systems, auto-layout, interactive prototyping, and developer handoffs.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expertise: Proven track record of leveraging data, user behavior insights, heatmaps, and A/B testing to design high-converting user journeys and interface flows.

Excellent organizational and task management skills, with experience prioritizing design backlogs, setting timelines, and managing cross-functional workflows independently.

Fluency in English: Professional spoken and written English skills to articulate design decisions, strategies, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Performance-Driven Creative Design: Experience creating high-performing ad creatives, visual banners, and marketing assets engineered for conversion.

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Design: Hands-on experience designing mobile-optimized email templates and automated flow campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).

Experience with CRO audits and their implementation into existing website designs.
