Technical Consultant

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Provide L2/L3 application support for banking applications.

• Monitor application health, system performance, and daily operational processes.

• Troubleshoot application incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Analyze application logs, database queries, and system behavior to identify and resolve issues.

• Develop and execute PL/SQL queries for investigation, data validation, and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot issues related to Java-based applications.

• Handle production incidents and coordinate with development/technical teams for issue resolution.

• Support application deployment, maintenance, and release activities.

• Perform daily system monitoring and ensure applications are available and functioning properly.

• Maintain incident records, technical documentation, and resolution procedures.

• Coordinate with project teams and business users to understand and resolve application issues.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• 3–5 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / Technical Consultant roles.

• Experience in banking projects is mandatory.

• Strong PL/SQL skills.

• Good Java knowledge.

• Experienced in troubleshooting production/application issues.

• Understanding of database and application architecture.

• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.

• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.

• Immediate joiner / maximum 1-month notice period preferred.
