Technical Consultant HCM Module

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Consultant – HCM to support the implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and users to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, customization, and maintenance of HCM applications and related systems.
  • Assist in system implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
  • Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and data migration scripts.
  • Support API integration between HCM systems and other business applications.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to understand and deliver business requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and user support materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support and system maintenance.
  • Assist in data analysis, data validation, and report generation.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software development, ERP, HRIS, or IT-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of API integration, web services, or system interfaces.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HCM processes (Employee Management, Recruitment, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Management) is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
