Saat ini PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk saat ini sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Lead IT Network & System Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Take personal responsibility for the quality, reliability, and availability of PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk network infrastructure.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and documentation of IT production infrastructure, including secure local and wide area networks and all other IT services.
• Participate in rotating on-call incident response on weekdays and weekends.
• Develop and improve instrumentation for monitoring the health and availability of services.
• Proactively monitor systems, networks, and applications to provide input in improving the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems.
• Improve operational efficiencies via scripting, bots, and integrations.
• Participate cross-functionally with vendors and other IT engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Network troubleshooting, fault analysis, repair, and upgrade.

Requirements :

• In-depth experience deploying, maintaining, monitoring, and logging network devices for at least 5 years.
• Have experience as a team lead for at least 2 years
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
• Have knowledge for windows server, linux and virtualization
• Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP stack, application protocols (DHCP/DNS/HTTPS) and networking concepts (HSRP/NAT/VPN/VLANs/802.1x/Wireless/Clustering/High Availability/Load Balancing)
• Proficiency with enterprise networks using Fortigate and Fortimanager, including Firewall Policy Rules, URL-Filtering, App-ID, User-ID, etc.
• Experience working in an environment with Voice and Video over IP, and understanding of QoS and SIP.
• A strong ownership attitude and a track record of taking responsibility and pushing through to resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or EE or relevant industry experience is required

2. Full Stack Programmer

Job Description :

• Building new feature & Maintaining core system website both frontend and backend side
• Optimize system code and flow
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices

Requirements :

• Hands on experience with various programing languages like Go, Nodejs, Vue js, PHP, and JS
• Hands on experience with RDBMS (MySql, Postgre) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
• Source Code Management like Git
• Able to communicate and coordinate with the team
• Learn and adapt to new technology implemented to support company core business
• Creative, Innovative, and able to work in dynamic working environment

3. Sr. Full Stack Programmer

Job Description :

4. QA/QC Supervisor

Job Description :

• Prepare & review SOP/WI/Form & Assessment of HACCP, VACCP, TACCP systems, and Product Quality Risk Assessment, for improving or new product needs
• Food Safety & Quality System Implementation review, and internal & external Audit, Problem solving and CAPA
• Provide trainings related to Food Safety & Quality System, FSSC 22000, Documentation System, HACCP, and GMP, etc.
• Ensuring the product compliance with government food regulations on labeling and specifications
• Ensuring all compliance with legislation and product registration (FSSC 22000, Halal, BPPOM, NKV, etc.)
• Ensuring that all SOP/WI and all Quality System & Food Safety System documents are implemented as per standard, and evaluated
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
• Customer complaint handling, NCR & CAPA, Mock Recall
• Location Factory Cikarang (GIIC)

Requirements :

• Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or other relevant major from reputable university
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as QA Supervisor in frozen meat processing manufacturing, or other food manufacturing
• Good understanding & experienced in FSSC 22000 & HSE, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal Assurance System
• Experienced in leading audit of food safety & quality system, and good understanding in Document Control
• Good understanding and experienced in food regulatory and legislation
• Have good analytical skill and strong leadership skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work both independent or in a team
• Computer literacy & good administrative, Fluently in English both oral & written
• Highly motivated, detail, accurate, able to work hard, possess initiative, trustworthy & loyal

5. Production Manager

Job Description :

• Leading and coordinating all functions in factory of PPIC, QC, Production, Machineries and Maintenance, Administration, and Delivery in order to achieve most costs efficiency and higher productivity
• Be responsible to do continuous improvement in all aspects of daily activities of factory including standard operating procedures, working culture and discipline behavior, manpower quality, quality check practices, production output, and warehouse and stock management as well for better results
• Be responsible ensuring target achievement in consistent way of on time delivery, zero complaint, lowered NG, and committed production capacity
• Ensure the production process was performed in accordance with company internal SOP’s, inistry of Health requirements, Healthy and Safety requirements also other related requirements
• Prepare and present management report by weekly, monthly, and yearly report to Manufacturing Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder major from, Food Technology, Engineering and a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years have experience in Factory Food Company as Production Manager/Factory Manager, preferably from Frozen Sausage & Meat Processing/Production/Factory
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills with high personal integrity, strong project management knowledge experience and professional qualifications are preferable
• Experience with automised production processes, preventive maintenance, spare part management
• Having deep understanding in production/quality and warehouse management
• Analytical skills and financial management acumet
• Structured and organized orientation to work with strong communication skills
